He said that life is like this in the smart phone world and they have experienced similar problem in other smart phones too. Apple will offer free rubber bumper case until September 30 to iphone 4 users which which will prevent hands coming in contact with the antenna.
Even if users are not satisfied with iphone 4 then they will get a full refund within a month as promised by Steve. Meanwhile apple have released iOS 4.0.1 which will fix issues related to signal strength bar display on iPhone 4.
