Adding A Free And Best Contact Form In Blogger Or WordPress

Having a contact form on a blog is a must for bloggers. It’s the best way to hide email address from spammer.

Adding a contact page to blogger is simple and needs no explanation. Just copy and paste the HTML, JAVA or AJAX code provided by the contact form site to a post or a page.

There are many services which allows to make a contact form for free. And every contact form builders have pros and cons.

Lets look into them

Kontactr

One of the most well known contact form for bloggers. Its totally free and doesn’t have any submission limitation. They have both html embed widget and ajax embed widget and there are differences between the two.

The HTML widget should be used in a platform where JavaScript is unsupported. The problem with the HTML widget is that it redireccts the visitors away from your site to a different page belonging to kontactr.

The AJAX widget is not like HTML and it allows readers to submit the form without having to leave the site.

Response-O-Matic

It has both paid and free version. The free version redirects to a sponsored page making visitors leave the site easily. The features of different packages are given here: https://www.response-o-matic.com/sys/user/upgrade

Freedback is also similar to Response-o-Matic and they both are from the same company, Wondermill Webworks.

EmailMeForm

EmailMeForm is one of my favorite among all the others. The free version has every features you would like to have. It’s very customizable. Features included are  huge like you can put drop down button, check box, multiple choice, file upload features and many others. They also have variety of templates to choose. And lastly no irritating redirection to a different page !

The only limitations in the free plan are:

  • you can only create 5 forms and
  • submission is limited to 200 submission per month.

I think the free plan is enough to satisfy a blogger but it won’t be appropriate for big business.

Foxyform

I personally use Foxyform. I like it because of it’s simplicity, no redirection and absolutely no limitation. Although not very customizable like EmailMeForm but you can create unlimited number of forms and limitless submission.
