Connectify is an application which allows to share your cable connection or wireless connection to others users via wireless. It basically acts like a router without any additional hardware. The software is currently is in beta stage and is expected to release the full version very soon. It supports windows 7 only. You can also share the internet connection with wifi enable mobile devices!

Register free at http://www.connectify.me/register.html and run the application
1. To share your cable connection via wireless, select the “Local Area Connection” options.
2. To share your wireless internet connection, select “Wireless Network Connection”
3. Click “Start Hotspot” to share the connection
4. On other laptop or PC, click connectify to connect. Make sure your wireless is turned on.
5. Type the security key, that is the passphrase we typed on the connectify menu
6. And your are done !
