iConnect, wireless internet service provider in Dhaka, is not very well known to us since they don’t advertise massively like QUBEE or Banglalion Wimax. iConnect is very cheap but their coverage is limited to some areas of Dhaka city. Currently they are covering areas of Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Kalabagan and parts of New Elephant road, Kathal Bagan.
To use their connection you don’t have to buy expensive modem unlike QUBEE or Banglalion ! If you have a laptop with built-in wireless network adapter then you can connect it easily provided that you are in the network coverage of iconnect. But what about desktop users? No problem, they will provide you with a free modem ! And even if you are not being able to connect using your laptop then you will be provided with their free modem. Cool, huh?
